Mark Your Calendars for January 30th

2008 January 22

Bloggasm has discovered that Myspace.com has no real use in his life. Well, a lot of us feel that way. Myself the constant email telling me to log in because a young lady from Miami wants to be my friend this happen several times a day. In a way Myspace has become the playground for spammers as they can get around normal email filters to deliver their “advertisements” to people without facing any penalties for sending unsolicited email. That’s just my pet peeve, feel free to add your own.

Simon Owens at Bloggasm.com has declared January 30th is International Delete Your Myspace Account Day, noble gesture. The vehicle seems to get getting a little traction and picking up speed. To help organize the effort someone hascreated a Facebook group.

As the “Web 2.0″ movement tries to create an Internet where users have greater contact with the content and more interaction between all the users and the elements, these Social Networks can only adapt and grow or stay the same and become left behind by the users.
