De Ju Vu All Over Again
I made a point to watch Live at Five today on WBIR after hearing there was going to be a change in their news line-up.
I was about to have a panic attack when I saw Style was being canceled. I have always enjoyed watching Michelle Silva, I got to see her on the morning news more than on Style. She’s beautiful, smart, has a great television personality and most of all she’s believable. A TV news person has to be believable or they are a short timer in any market. I’ll let the TV crush thing drop here. Moria Kaye is wanting to return to life as a Mom. You really have to respect that, few Moms have that option or they start sending out spam from a “Work at Home Mom” (MAHM) scam they’ve moved into. Good luck to her and I hope we’ll see her return to 10 sometime in the future.
It was while watching “Live at Five” today that I saw something that was Deju Vu all over again. A cornhole tournament in Knoxville. I know it was probably hard for some to keep a straight face while introducing the event. It was about 18 months ago that The Colbert Report introduced the 18th Congression Distict of Ohio and a new edit was make on Wikipedia. You can watch the video below.
One final thought, if “Live at Five” is moving to Four o’clock I guess they’ll have to call it “More at Four”.
