@Unk & @samorost - Thanks for shaking free my memory, I recall the Redneck Zombies flick. It didn't leave a lasting impression as the other Troma classic, The Toxic Avenger.

yes, there has been a movie about moonshine zombies. It was a Troma film called “Redneck Zombies”.
