Photoshop Goes Mobile on iPhone OS

The iTunes Store has a hot new app for the masses. Adobe’s Photoshop is now able to go anywhere you go with Photoshop.com Mobile (iTunes Store link).

It’s is a great addition to round out both the iPhone apps line-up and that of the Photoshop family. It will not handle your large RAW files from your DSLR, but it will help you edit your iPhone photographs.

Photoshop Mobile has the nice price of FREE, so it’s will be at the top of the iTunes Store download charts for some time.

The mobile version of Photoshop.com doesn’t have all the features that the full Photoshop or even the online version at Photoshop.com. It does have the ever so useful crop along flip and rotate. You can adjust for exposure, saturation, tint and even convert a photograph to black and white. There is only Sketch and Soft Focus filters and five effects.

The great part of Photoshop.com Mobile is that it does allow you upload and share you photographs at your gallery on Photoshop.com and also displays the photos you have uploaded from a regular computer. The down side is that you can not do any editing of the images online as you can with your browser on a full PC.

All things considered Photoshop.com Mobile is a great app to have on your iPhone or iPod Touch. It extends the reach of the Photoshop.com and places in your pocket for you to show and share a moments notice. This will be the Go-To app for iPhone photo enthusiast.
