FastMall App Hits the iTunes Store
Shake an iPhone with the FastMall app and the iPhone app will point you in the direction of the nearest restroom. Yes you got, shake it before you pee.
Timing is everything and this handy iPhone app came out at the right time. Just in time for Christmas shopping, FastMall™ (iTunes link) has hit the hitting the iTunes Store. Think of FastMall™ as a GPS for your area mall. It features turn by turn directions, updates on sales and can even remind you where you are parked when you are ready to head home.
FastMall™ is also building a community as it allows users to share the latest sales, write reviews on the stores and restaurants at the malls, plus judge the cleanliness of the restrooms.
The app also makes use of the iPhone’s accelerometer for those times you really need directions. Simply shake the iPhone and FastMall™ will point you to the nearest restroom.
FastMall is a free app and users only purchase maps to the malls they for the mall maps they need. The maps range in price for 99¢ to $2.99.
Not every mall has been mapped yet and the creators of the app are asking for suggestions to add to their inventory. The malls closet to my house are not available, but I’m going to the app a try in my travels just the same.

Great App!! didnt think i would find an app with the benefits that FastMall has, made my shopping experience more enjoyable and less stressful by a long shot, turn by turn navigation to every store in the mall, it’s like having your own guide once you walk in without wasting valuable minutes finding a store directory and then remembering the location of the store, i have recommended it to all my friends and will continue to do so, can’t wait to see the future features they will add on to it!
I’d have to agree. I travel a lot and I usually forget a tie or something else I left at home. Instead of wasting a day at a mall trying to find my way around I can just go to this app.
